Terms of use & payment

  1. Payment is in advance, in full, via InstaPay only, after the details are sent on WhatsApp and the order is confirmed. Activation starts only after payment is received.
  2. Server setup, system installation and initial training are free. The price of a server computer (if requested) is agreed and paid in advance before delivery.
  3. A subscription is for one business, and for the devices and users included in the selected plan. Reselling or renting the system to others is not allowed.
  4. The system runs on your own hardware and your data is fully yours. Hardware maintenance and external backups (USB/external disk) are the customer's responsibility; automatic backups are provided inside the system.
  5. Renew before the period ends. If it expires without renewal, access may stop while your data stays safe and is restored on renewal.
  6. No refunds once activation has started. You can upgrade your plan at any time by paying the difference.
  7. Technical support is via WhatsApp during official working hours. Faults caused by misuse, customer hardware or network may be subject to a visit fee.
  8. The company may update these terms and prices with prior notice; changes do not apply to running subscriptions until renewal.
